Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us. I also follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict confidentiality standards.

What’s the investment?

Coaching programmes vary in price depending on duration and tools included. A typical 6 month coaching package with 12 coaching sessions, an Insights Discovery profile and support between sessions starts from £2,200.
