A 12-week NooWay® Leadership Experience | £2,497
Trust yourself. Recognise your value. Lead your way.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll move from second-guessing yourself and feeling you must constantly prove you’re good enough to trusting your judgement, speaking up with confidence and leading in a way that’s true to you, so you can make a meaningful impact, protect your energy and enjoy your role again.
Book a confidential discovery callWhere you are right now
You have the knowledge, skills and experience to be a great leader. You’ve earned your position, and people look to you for guidance, answers and decisions.
Yet despite everything you’ve achieved, you might still find yourself wondering:
Perhaps you replay conversations in your head, worrying whether you said the right thing.
Maybe you hesitate before sharing your opinion in senior meetings, even though you have valuable experience and insights to contribute.
You might find yourself working longer and harder than necessary, driven by a feeling that you need to keep proving your worth. And although others see you as capable, credible and successful, you struggle to see yourself in the same way.
Over time, that constant questioning can become exhausting. You start to lose some of the enjoyment and satisfaction you once felt in your work.
You know you have more to give. You want to make a difference. You care deeply about doing a great job.
More than anything, you want to feel as capable and confident as everyone else believes you are.
And that’s exactly what The Self-Assured Leader is designed to help you work towards.
What’s possible
What would change if you genuinely trusted yourself?
If you could make decisions without spending hours questioning whether they were right? If you could walk into a senior meeting knowing your perspective matters? If you could recognise the value you bring, rather than focusing on everything you think you should be doing better?
And if you could finish your working day feeling satisfied with what you’ve achieved, rather than wondering whether you’ve done enough?
That’s the experience we’re working towards.
You’ll develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your self-belief and make practical changes to how you lead.
You’ll have the opportunity to see yourself differently, recognise what you’re already doing well and develop the confidence to handle the situations that currently cause you to question yourself.
The goal is for you to feel genuinely good enough in the leadership role you’ve already earned.
What’s getting in your way?
From my work with experienced women leaders, there are three areas we’ll pay particular attention to.
You’ve achieved a great deal, but your attention often goes straight to what you haven’t done, what you could have done better or what someone else might think.
You might dismiss compliments, downplay your achievements or compare yourself unfavourably with other leaders. And when an important decision needs making, you may seek reassurance from others rather than trusting your own experience.
We’ll explore the beliefs and patterns behind this self-doubt, help you recognise your strengths and develop a more balanced view of your capabilities.
You care about your responsibilities and the people who depend on you. But perhaps you’ve become the person who takes on too much, struggles to say no or feels personally responsible for everyone else’s needs.
Your own wellbeing and development regularly fall to the bottom of the list. The pressure to meet everyone’s expectations can leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
We’ll identify what’s draining your energy and explore practical ways to establish boundaries, manage expectations and lead more sustainably.
You have opinions, ideas and experience that deserve to be heard. Yet self-doubt sometimes stops you from speaking up, challenging decisions or stepping confidently into your authority.
You may spend so much energy worrying about whether you’re doing a good job that you struggle to recognise the difference you’re already making.
We’ll work on helping you trust your judgement, use your voice and approach leadership challenges with greater confidence.
Your journey through The NooWay®
The Self-Assured Leader follows my six-phase NooWay® framework, from self-doubt to self-belief. Each phase builds on the previous one, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and turn that awareness into practical changes in your leadership.
N
Understand what you need now
We begin by exploring where you are today. What’s working well? Where are you questioning yourself? What’s taking up your energy? And what would make the greatest difference to how you feel about yourself as a leader?
We’ll identify the situations that trigger your self-doubt and explore the beliefs, expectations and behaviours that might be holding you back.
Your outcome: A clearer understanding of what’s affecting your confidence, what you need and what you want to change.
O
Recognise the value you bring
You’ve spent years building knowledge and experience. But how often do you stop to recognise your own strengths and achievements?
We’ll explore what makes you effective as a leader, the value you bring to others and the evidence of your capabilities that you may have been overlooking. You’ll begin to challenge unhelpful beliefs about yourself and develop a more realistic, supportive view of your abilities.
Your outcome: Greater recognition of your strengths, achievements and the contribution you’re already making.
O
Get the capacity back to lead sustainably
Constantly questioning yourself, trying to meet everyone else’s expectations and feeling responsible for everything can take a considerable toll.
We’ll identify what’s draining your energy and explore the habits, boundaries and expectations that need attention. You’ll develop practical ways to manage pressure, reduce unnecessary overthinking and give yourself permission to prioritise your own needs alongside those of others.
Your outcome: A more sustainable approach to leadership that helps you protect your energy and feel more in control.
W
Start doing things differently
Insight creates opportunities for change. Now it’s time to put what you’ve discovered into practice.
Together, we’ll develop a personalised plan focused on the situations and behaviours that matter most to you. That might involve making decisions without repeatedly seeking reassurance, speaking up more confidently, setting clearer boundaries or changing the way you respond to mistakes. You’ll take manageable actions in your everyday leadership role and reflect on what you learn.
Your outcome: A practical, personalised approach to building self-trust through new behaviours and real leadership experiences.
A
Trust yourself in the moments that matter
This is where we’ll focus on putting your growing self-belief into action when it matters most. Perhaps you’re preparing for a difficult conversation, making an important decision, presenting to senior colleagues or challenging an approach you disagree with.
We’ll explore how to respond to these situations in a way that reflects your values, strengths and leadership style. You’ll develop greater confidence in your judgement and learn to handle uncertainty without letting self-doubt dictate your actions.
Your outcome: Greater confidence to use your voice, make decisions and influence others while staying true to yourself.
Y
Lead in a way that’s true to you
We’ll bring together everything you’ve discovered and achieved throughout our time together. You’ll reflect on how your thinking, behaviours and leadership experience have changed.
We’ll identify the habits and approaches you want to maintain and create a personalised plan for continuing your development. You’ll also explore how to recognise and respond to self-doubt when it resurfaces, so it has less influence over how you lead.
Your outcome: A stronger sense of self-belief, a clearer understanding of the leader you want to be and a practical plan to continue leading with confidence and authenticity.
