Who it's for

For capable, senior leaders who look like they have it all together, but privately question their worth, second-guess their decisions and feel tired in a way rest doesn't fix. If you've spent years being there for everyone else and lost sight of yourself along the way, this book is for you.

What's inside

Through the story of Sarah, a leader drawn from real experiences that many readers will recognise, the book explores how self-doubt creeps in quietly under pressure, and why it isn't a personal failing. It then takes you through the six-phase way back to self-belief, with reflections you can use straight away.

Why I wrote it

After twenty years in HR, I left my HR Director role exhausted and doubting myself. As I rebuilt, I kept meeting capable leaders who were quietly going through the same thing and blaming themselves. I started writing with a pencil in a €2 notebook on a beach in Mallorca, and this book is the result.

The book

Be the first to read it

1. Recognise what's really happening

Understand why capable leaders start to doubt themselves, why working out of step with who you really are puts you at risk of burnout, and how to spot the early signs in yourself and in the people you lead.

None of it means you're broken. It means something needs to change.

2. Find your way back

Follow the six-phase path back to self-belief, built on the NooWay® framework I use with my coaching clients, so you can lead with clarity and confidence again, without losing yourself in the process.

Pre-register now and you'll be first to hear when the book is available and get access to bonuses.
